Entering the apartment you arrive in to a large lounge/diner which has comfortable seating for 5 on leather reclining sofas. Also present is a Dining Suite which is ideal for any occasion. The lounge entertainment consists of a 32 inch HD Ready LCD Television with freeview, DVD Player, VHS Player + DVD & VHS library for use during your stay. NEW FOR 2012 – Wi-Fi is now available at Sovereign House and costs £10.00 per week.

The modern kitchen which is built to a high specification is accessed via the lounge and has the following high quality appliances – Electric oven hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer / dryer.

Master Bedroom
From the lounge the hallway leads to the Master Bedroom. The Master bedroom has a Double Bed with direct access to its en-suite and also enjoys access to the private courtyard. This room has a large built in wardrobe and for that extra touch of luxury the finest Egyptian Cotton bed linen has been used.

Master Bathroom
The en-suite has a contempory feel and comprises of a power shower, WC & basin. Luxury Turkish towels are provided for your use during your stay.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom in Sovereign House has a very breezy feel and can be adapted to suit your requirements. The room has the versatility to be either a twin, a triple, a super kingsize, or a super kingsize and a single bed. Lots of storage space is available including built in wardrobes and chest of drawers.

Family Bathroom
The family bathroom also has a contempory feel and comprises of a bath with a hand held shower, WC & basin. Luxury Turkish towels are also provided for your use during your stay.

Outside Sovereign House
The private courtyard is accessed through the master bedroom. The courtyard has been newly decked and has a seating area and also a separate two-seater swing chair to relax away the day. At night this area looks absolutely stunning as the blue LED deck lights compliment the corner water feature.
Parking & Access = We have one allocated parking space in the private car park. The apartment has two entrances, one approached down from pavement level via a short flight of steps – the other from the private car park at the rear of the building again via some steps.
