Booking Conditions & Cancellation Policy for Sovereign House
- A deposit of £200 is required to make a reservation and is paid at the time of booking. The balance is to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival.
- A week commences at 4pm on Saturday and ends at 11.00 am on the Saturday of departure. These times are to be strictly adhered to so that the proprietors can clean the apartment.
- The Proprietors cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury caused to persons, property or possessions whilst staying in the property. Car park is at owner’s risk.
- The accommodation should only be used by the persons who made the reservation and must not exceed the limit for this property which is set at five people.
- Cancellations must be made in person by calling us on 01803292871 or by Registered Post. The hirer will be held responsible for the full amount of the booking unless the accommodation is re-let under the same terms as the original booking. We strongly advise you to insure against cancellation.
- The accommodation, together with furniture, fittings and utensils must be left in the same condition as found on arrival. The person whose name the accommodation is booked under shall be responsible for any loss or damage during the period of occupation.
- In the interest of other guests, please ensure there is no unreasonable amount of noise within the apartment at any time.
- Any breach of the booking conditions or behavior detrimental to the enjoyment of other guests, or the Proprietor, will result in the immediate exclusion of the offenders, and the Proprietor re-taking the possession of the apartment.
- No pets are allowed on the premises.
- Smoking – Is not permitted anywhere in the property or on the outside decked terrace. Failure to observe this condition will result in termination of the rental and a cleaning fee of £200 charged
